Required Qualifications
- At least 6 years of professional experience developing user facing web or mobile applications
- Expertise with Python
- Experience with modern AI tooling (e.g., Claude Code)
- Experience leading or mentoring a cross-functional software team
- Strong problem solving and ability to work in ambiguous environments
- Ability to work onsite 4 days/week within 75-minute commute of NYC office
