Job Summary
Lead Software Engineer role focusing on full-stack development with Java/Spring Boot backend and React frontend to deliver scalable, API-driven solutions. Responsible for writing high-quality code, code reviews and pair programming, breaking down requirements into technical user stories, driving automation and remediation to improve stability, establishing coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and documentation, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating with Product Managers and Leadership. Requires hands-on leadership, expertise across the full stack, cloud (AWS), automation, and a strong emphasis on end-to-end development and deployment.
Required Qualifications
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience
- Full Stack expertise in Java and Spring Boot
- Experience with React and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Hands-on experience serving as Tech Lead or senior engineer
- Experience with AWS services
- Proficiency in CI/CD practices
- Experience with system design and operational stability
- Proficiency in software development life cycle
