Job Summary
Lead Software Engineer to design, develop, and mentor in a .NET Core/Web stack for an AI-driven healthcare platform. Key responsibilities include building scalable backend services, secure RESTful APIs, and data access with EF Core and Dapper; managing database objects in SQL Server/MySQL; integrating AWS cloud services (S3) and frontend interfaces with HTML5/CSS/JavaScript/Bootstrap Blazor. Follow SOLID and Clean Architecture with microservices exposure, contribute to architecture and docs, participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, and mentor junior engineers while delivering high-quality, enterprise-grade applications for HIPAA/compliant healthcare workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Microsoft technologies (C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core)
- Experience building scalable backend services
- REST API design and implementation
- SQL Server/MySQL
- Entity Framework Core
- Dapper
- Frontend development with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap/Blazor
- AWS cloud services, especially S3
- CI/CD and DevOps collaboration
- Agile/Scrum participation
- Mentoring junior developers
- Healthcare IT or HIPAA-related experience is a plus
