Job Summary
Build new, customer-facing products and platform services from the ground up across the full stack, translating real-world business needs into technical solutions and owning them end-to-end. Work AI-natively using modern tooling to prototype, generate, test, and ship features at accelerated speeds, while making pragmatic architecture decisions for systems that must scale quickly and reliably. Lead a portfolio of fast-moving projects, mentor others, and define the engineering bar for a new team pioneering AI-native development within a greenfield product area.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 4 years of experience in software engineering
- At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
Desired Qualifications
- Master's Degree
- 7+ years of experience in at least one of the following: JavaScript, React, Angular, Node, TypeScript, or Java
- 3+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, or another cloud service
- 4+ years of experience in open source frameworks
- 1+ years of people management experience
- 2+ years of experience in Agile practices
- Hands-on experience building and shipping their own projects with AI end-to-end — using interactive AI tooling to spec, generate, test, and deliver, well beyond basic code completion
- Experience launching new, customer-facing features at rapid scale in a fast-moving consumer or marketplace environment
