Job Summary
Lead delivery of secure, high-throughput, low-latency data pipelines and integration workflows in a compliance-focused technology environment. You will design, develop, and review production-grade code, collaborate with external vendors and internal teams on architectural designs, and drive adoption of new technologies. Your responsibilities include building secure data ingestion and transformation frameworks leveraging AWS, orchestrating Databricks workflows, and ensuring operational stability while mentoring junior engineers. The role emphasizes leadership in software engineering practices, agile execution, and fostering an inclusive, high-performing engineering culture.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
- Advanced proficiency in one or more programming languages, including Java full stack, front-end programming such as React, and SQL
- Ability to work within complex data ecosystems and large business domains
- Experience communicating and collaborating with technical and business stakeholders
- Proficiency in automation and continuous delivery methods
- Skilled in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle
- Advanced understanding of agile methodologies, including CI/CD, application resiliency, and security
- Demonstrated expertise in software applications and technical processes within technical disciplines (e.g., cloud, AI, machine learning, mobile)
- Practical cloud-native experience, preferably with AWS services such as S3, Glue, IAM, CloudWatch, Lambda
- Experience in leading or guiding junior developers
