Job Summary
Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software and new product capabilities for the Client Onboarding and KYC business. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support reliable builds and deployments while driving team adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver outcomes aligned to business needs and communicate development progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders. Produce clear technical documentation and contribute to code quality through reviews, testing practices, and defect resolution. Apply Agile practices to support iterative delivery and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts
- 5+ years applied experience
- Proficiency in Java development with J2EE server technologies (Web Services, Spring, ORM frameworks, XML, Enterprise Java Beans, JMS)
- Working knowledge of CI/CD and build tooling (such as Jenkins, TeamCity, Maven)
- Working knowledge of design patterns, UML, and object-oriented concepts
- Working knowledge of relational databases and SQL
- Working knowledge of source control management tools (Bitbucket or equivalent)
- Working knowledge of UI technologies including HTML5 and JavaScript
- Demonstrated experience leading effective use of approved AI-assisted software development tools (e.g., for coding, code review, test acceleration, troubleshooting) and setting team expectations for validating AI outputs for correctness, performance, and security
- Strong understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including data sensitivity considerations, secure handling of inputs/outputs, and adherence to resiliency and security expectations; experience coaching engineers on safe, compliant adoption within delivery practices
- Ability to collaborate within a team and build effective working relationships
- Ability to organize work, manage priorities, and deliver to tight deadlines
Desired Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Angular or React
- Working knowledge of AWS or equivalent cloud technologies
