Job Summary
Design and deliver new consumer-facing software products by innovating in domains such as gaming, trading, or betting. Lead a new team while architecting microservices, distributed systems, and RESTful APIs using Java, C#, or Python. Manage high-volume B2C transactions on AWS or Azure within an Agile environment. This early-hire opportunity at a strongly funded startup expects the operation to quadruple in size over two years, offering a clear path to Director of Engineering. Required Qualifications
- Strong Object Orientated languages e.g Java, C# or Python
- Proven ability to be a Lead Engineer both technically & to lead a new team
- Cloud such as AWS or Azure etc
- Experience building B2C software with high transaction volumes
- Agile
- Highly Technical & a gifted innovator
- You must be legal to work in Ireland for this role
Desired Qualifications
- Ideally you have experience in gaming, trading, betting or financial domains
- Nice to have C++ or C experience for testing, bug checking
