Lead Software Engineer - Backend responsible for designing, developing, and troubleshooting secure, scalable backend services using Java, Spring, and AWS in an enterprise environment. Role emphasizes production-grade code, automation, observability, real-time monitoring, performance optimization, and leading architectural improvements within a microservices-based backend stack. Must have formal software engineering training or certifications and 5+ years of applied experience, with strong Java and AWS (EKS, ECS, S3, Aurora) skills, experience with Spring framework, data storage (SQL/NoSQL), logging/monitoring tools, and CI/CD pipelines. Preferred cloud certification and Kubernetes experience.
