Job Summary
Design and write high-quality Go code to improve the availability, scalability, latency, and efficiency of the Demand team's services. Own the full product lifecycle management, including database design, API building, CI/CD management, and large-scale system analysis. Participate in code reviews, service capacity planning, performance tuning, and root cause investigations with the infrastructure team. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to peers while collaborating with product teams to prototype features and explore new architectures. Complete the team on-call rotation to ensure operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related fields
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering in a distributed systems environment
- Computer Science fundamentals in algorithms and data structures
- Understanding of system performance and scaling
- Programming skills in any language but must be willing to work on Golang
- This role will be based onsite in Jakarta
