Lead Software Engineer - AWS - Lead AI/ML Platform Engineer

Job Summary
Architect and develop cloud-native infrastructure for an AI/ML deployment platform, delivering features for scalable production workflows. Design and implement APIs for automated retraining, scheduling, endpoint deployments, and autoscaling. Build robust capabilities to support a growing internal customer base with multi-region and disaster recovery. Implement model monitoring solutions with emphasis on LLM monitoring and automated issue correction. Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to provide deployment and debugging support, align platform capabilities with product requirements, and deploy infrastructure and managed environments for platform operations. Skills include AWS services, Kubernetes/EKS, Terraform or IaC tooling, API development, Sagemaker, and experience building resilient, scalable software platforms.
