Job Summary
Lead Software Engineer for Applied AI/ML Python Engineer role focusing on transforming operations within a major banking environment. Responsible for developing Python-based applications, architecting scalable cloud infrastructure using AWS and Kubernetes (EKS/ECS), designing and deploying MLOps-enabled solutions, collaborating with AI experts and internal teams to integrate AI/ML into existing systems, mentoring junior engineers, and partnering with SRE and production teams to ensure reliability and performance.
Required Qualifications
- Formal training or certification in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong hands-on experience with Python
- Experience with Kubernetes or ECS
- Experience with AWS
- Ability to work independently to understand and integrate with complex systems
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Hands-on understanding of cloud platforms (AWS)
