Job Summary
Own the end-to-end architecture and design of backend services powering generative AI agents, complex workflows, and document-centric experiences for the Audit Suite. Lead multi-quarter initiatives across AI, product, and infra, including orchestration layers, low-latency retrieval systems, and unified knowledge bases. Build and evolve AI orchestration with routing, tool calling, MCP servers, and safety guardrails around third-party LLMs. Mentor senior and mid-level engineers while shaping the team's roadmap, technical strategy, and engineering culture. Design scalable systems handling millions of documents and highly structured tax data with robust observability and incident response.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience
- Overall 10+ years cumulative experience
- 2 years in a lead role
- minimum 5+ years full-stack development
