Job Summary
Own technical architecture and direction across the full stack, from new projects to day-to-day product work. Lead major initiatives end-to-end, translating ambiguous requirements into shipped software with user flows. Maintain production reliability through rigorous monitoring, debugging, and incident response. Mentor the engineering team while building code daily, leveraging AI tools for development. Work directly with the CTO on technical direction for the patient app, clinician portal, and internal tooling. Based in Sydney, this hands-on role drives greenfield projects from architecture to launch within a small, in-person team.
