Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications and backend services using C#, ASP.NET Core, or Java Spring Boot to build secure, high-performance RESTful APIs. Lead development teams through technical guidance, architecture reviews, and code audits while mentoring engineers on best practices. Drive adoption of reusable frameworks, microservices, and event-driven architectures, and design and deploy applications on Azure platforms using Docker and Kubernetes. Manage CI/CD pipelines to automate build, testing, and deployment processes, and implement Infrastructure as Code. Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and stakeholders to deliver business value through Agile ceremonies, and investigate complex production issues related to distributed systems and integrations. Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards, manage threat models, and optimize application performance through caching and database tuning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 8+ years of software development experience
- At least 2+ years in a technical leadership or lead developer role
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale applications using either .NET or Java technologies
- Strong experience with cloud-native architectures and DevOps practices
- Experience working in global Agile development teams
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
