Job Summary
Lead Workday Software Configurator responsible for designing, configuring, testing, and maintaining Workday modules (HCM, Compensation, Recruiting) to support business operations and HR processes. Develop and optimize Workday reports (including advanced, matrix, composite, and dashboard reports), create calculated fields, data sources, and report security, and ensure accurate, user-friendly reporting for business stakeholders. Partner with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document reporting, analytics, and system requirements for new features, enhancements, and integrations. Build, test, and validate reporting and configuration changes through unit, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT); create and maintain clear documentation for report designs, data mappings, and system changes; develop user guides and deliver training to HR teams and business users. Ensure alignment with data governance, privacy, and compliance policies, and collaborate on Workday projects, integrations, releases, and system upgrades. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience configuring and supporting Workday or a similar HRIS/ERP system
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and system workflows
- Experience with Workday business processes, security, integrations, and reporting
- Workday certification preferred (e.g., Workday HCM, Recruiting, Absence, Comp, Advance Comp)
