Job Summary
Lead the development and execution of messaging and creative strategy for sales enablement content targeting Snap's global Small and Medium Customers (SMC) with a focus on revenue growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Revenue, Product Marketing, Data Science) and manage internal designers, web developers, and copywriters to produce impactful, measurable campaigns. Own customer-centric content strategy aligned to global revenue programs, drive engagement and conversion rates, and guide testing and optimization of content across audience segments and journeys. Require strong collaboration, data-driven decision making, and the ability to elevate content while aligning with business goals. Familiarity with Google Analytics and Figma is a plus. Required Qualifications
- BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
- 8+ years of experience in building and creating marketing content for global audiences
- Experience leading internal creative design and web development teams
- Strong understanding of education that resonates with different audiences
- Ability to translate data into actionable content recommendations
- Proficiency with data-driven decision making and marketing metrics
