Job Summary
Lead role in SMB Business Care supporting frontline Experts with real-time, in-the-moment assistance, workload coordination, and routine escalation to drive quota attainment and customer retention. Responsibilities include consultative selling guidance, process/policy/system guidance, workload balancing, project coordination, issue escalation and resolution, call listening and side-by-side coaching, onboarding/adoption of new SMB offerings, and participating in quality and calibration activities. Requires strong sales-quota awareness, problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration with Sales, and proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office. Minimum 2-4 years in customer-facing or sales-adjacent roles; high school diploma or GED accepted; legally authorized to work in the United States; travel as needed; salary is disclosed as base pay range plus incentives.
