Job Summary
Teach adaptive daily living skills to individuals with developmental disabilities through curriculum development and direct implementation in classroom and community settings. Oversee other employees, provide guidance to Skills Instructors, and deliver personal care and assistance consistent with individual needs. Develop community-based activities that promote personal choice, inclusion, and dignity while writing annual assessments and goals for Individual Support Plans. Attend scheduled team meetings to coordinate program delivery. Full-time Monday through Friday (8am-4pm) with tiered pay starting at $19 per hour and opportunities for advancement.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- Valid Driver's License
- acceptable driving record
- Must pass company background and reference checks
- A passion and dedication to supporting our people
Desired Qualifications
- BA degree in Human Services or related field
- At least 1 year of experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities
