Job Summary
Lead Shipside Operations Specialist responsible for supporting daily tier meetings and driving timely resolution of constraints affecting the production schedule; works cross-functionally to resolve issues impacting production, analyzes defect data to determine root causes and develop corrective actions, and develops/executes continuous improvement projects to achieve cost and schedule targets. Collaborates with Manufacturing Leadership, Program Management, and support organizations; provides input on aircraft operations and delivery milestones and maintains relationships to support production needs.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience managing or leading a project
- 3+ years’ experience in a manufacturing or operations environment
- Experience implementing lean methodologies and productivity improvements
- Experience working with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, MS Project)
