Lead Shipping/Receiving Specialist

Lead Shipping/Receiving Specialist oversees resolution of shipment discrepancies, escalates critical issues to appropriate stakeholders, and leads coordination and confirmation of receipt/shipping documentation for internal/external customers. Serves as point of contact for priority incoming/outgoing shipments, monitors discrepancies, and develops solutions to mitigate errors. Responsibilities include picking and filling orders using a laptop, offloading material from delivery trucks, reconciling and entering information into ERP, opening/closing the office/warehouse, operating forklift and Raymond Picker to pull/return parts, processing orders in ERP/customer portal, lifting cartons up to 50lbs, and operating delivery vehicle for material movement between buildings or to customers. Requires 6-8 years of related experience with 1-3 years of supervisory experience, valid driver’s license, experience in international trade/export/logistics, fluency in English, MS Office proficiency, and warehouse/material handling equipment experience. Education preferred: High School Diploma or equivalent. Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements (U.S. Person). Onsite role with no relocation or visa sponsorship provided. Language requirements noted as Not Applicable for relocation, with emphasis on English proficiency for operations and documentation.
