Job Summary
Schedule LTL and TL shipments, review daily cycle counts, and lead Clerks and Material Handlers in all daily functions to meet quality and productivity standards. Operate motorized and non-motorized material handling equipment, including lift trucks, PB crimp tools, and stretch wrapping machines, while maintaining inventory of shipping supplies. Perform part receiving, stocking, and picking cross work, arrange trucks for carrier pickups, and report defective materials to the Supervisor. Maintain a clean work area, enforce safety policies, and train new staff. Requires 3-5 years of warehouse experience, ERP knowledge, and ability to lift 50 lbs. Base hourly range is $18.17 - $25.00.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a warehouse/fulfillment environment
- One year ERP experience
- Must have intermediate computer user knowledge
- Shipping and Receiving experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 3-5 years of forklift & reach truck experience
- Must pass pre-employment and random drug screen
- Ability to lift, up to 50 lbs
- Ability to read and use a tape measure
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
