Job Summary
Execute price changes and conduct regular shelf checks across the entire store. Order shelf tags for missing or new items, verify system accuracy against UPCs, and mark prices to ensure financial best interests. Handle spoiled or damaged products per guidelines while maintaining records for internal audits. Train others on department activities and ensure all associates follow PPE, food safety, and cleaning expectations. Maintain a clean, well-stocked department and notify management of supply needs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (GED)
- Proficient Computer (email, spreadsheets, etc.)
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and interpret documents
- Delegate/Direct/Implement
- May be required to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds frequently, and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- The associate is required to stand and walk for extended periods of time and may bend, stoop, twist and turn frequently
- Travel requirements vary by assignment
