Job Summary
Lead Setup Tech responsible for setting up and knocking down modular units, including anchoring, blocking, leveling, interior/exterior seaming, building links, decks, skirting, layout and footing work; perform on-road service work (skirting, electrical, plumbing), complete branch-assigned modifications, manage daily paperwork (leases, inspections, driver logs), and coordinate with the service manager for truck maintenance and compliance. Requires 7+ years of setup/knockdown experience, carpentry skills, a valid license, and strong communication with customers and contractors; prior supervisory or team-lead experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Current, valid license
- Minimum of 7 years set-up and knockdown experience
- Carpentry skills and familiarity with construction trades
- Previous management experience or ability to direct others
