Lead Services Specialist - Digital Business Operations

Job Summary
Conduct operations analysis, planning, and execution for software services while ensuring delivery aligns with global standards and business objectives. Provide guidance on compliance, resource management, and budget adherence; resolve specification issues and negotiate with staff to address complex project management processes. Analyze key performance indicators using L3 Bowler, Excel, and Tableau to identify trends, recommend strategies, and adjust processes to reflect business goals. Serve as a resource for colleagues, delivering training and leading low-risk small projects. Work remotely two days per week within 20 miles of the Melbourne, FL location.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering (any), Project Management, or related
- Six (6) years of experience in project management, project planning, or a combination thereof within the software industry
- Six (6) years of experience with Primavera P6 scheduling software
- Six (6) years of experience with advanced schedule performance metrics, including earned value, schedule performance index, and cost performance index
- Using Tableau and Power BI to address data analytics and data mining, along with Excel pivot tables and Pareto data to identify relevant trends
- Key performance indicator analysis using L3 Bowler, Excel KPI, and Tableau defect report
- Lean methodology (including: fish-bone, 5-Why's, or cause-and-effect) for problem solving
- Candidate may work remotely 2 days per week, within 20 miles of company location in Melbourne, FL
