Lead Services Specialist 2 - O&M Station Management

Lead the I&C maintenance activities for the Ashalim Solar Plant Operation and Maintenance team, supervising I&C technicians, ensuring compliance with GE technical and contractual obligations, and maintaining high EHS standards. Responsibilities include directing day-to-day I&C maintenance and cybersecurity activities, coordinating with GE field service and inspection personnel, reviewing maintenance planning and change records, managing subcontractors during inspections, analyzing incident reports and implementing corrective actions, reviewing I&C spare parts, ensuring subcontractor and supplier compliance with EHS requirements, providing training and assessing the team’s capabilities in Control and Instrumentation, ensuring tools and equipment availability for I&C tasks, tracking FSI during outages, developing understanding of I&C diagrams and equipment data sheets, collaborating with Operations, EHS, Procurement, Electrical and Mechanical Leads, balancing office and field work, and communicating with the customer and MOE on cybersecurity aspects.
