Job Summary
Direct and oversee branch activities by assisting the Financial Services Manager in daily operations. Promote Centris Vision, Mission, Values, and Team Principles while providing service to internal and external members. Create relationships with members by identifying needs, educating them on products, and recommending services. Perform functional duties efficiently and accurately, including opening and maintaining accounts, originating loans, managing IRAs and certificates, and handling fraud prevention. Work 40 hours per week, primarily 8:45am-5:45pm, with some Saturdays required. Required Qualifications
- Some Saturday's required
- Assists the Financial Services Manager in directing and overseeing the activities of the branch
- Promote and model the Centris Vision, Mission, Values and Team Principles
- Provide unparalleled service to both internal and external members in accordance with the Centris Service Promises
- Create and/or develop relationships with internal and external members
- Serve members by identifying needs, educating and recommending products or services
- Performing functional duties efficiently and accurately which may include but is not limited to opening and maintenance of various accounts, originating loans, IRA, certificates, account maintenance, fraud, etc
