Job Summary
Senior ServiceNow Developer responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, HRSD, and Employee Center Pro. Role requires hands-on development, platform customization, integration via REST/SOAP, and governance adherence. Key duties include configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications, implementing ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Request, Knowledge Management), designing Employee Center Pro portals with UI Builder and Service Portal, configuring SOW functionalities, delivering HRSD solutions (HR Case Management, Employee Workflows), building integrations with third-party apps via REST/SOAP and IntegrationHub, and participating in upgrades, release management, and instance maintenance. Should collaborate with architects, product owners, and business teams, and demonstrate strong troubleshooting, analytical skills, and Agile/Scrum delivery experience. Preferred certifications include CSA and CAD; HRSD/ITSM implementation certs are an added advantage.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 6–10 years of IT experience with strong ServiceNow development expertise.
