Job Summary
Lead development and customization of ServiceNow applications, workflows, and scripts while mentoring junior developers. Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and drive Agile/Scrum delivery for complex IT solutions. Manage integrations between ServiceNow and external systems, perform advanced troubleshooting, and maintain comprehensive documentation. Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices across all modules including Incident, Problem, and Change. Praval builds innovative software to transform businesses and enrich lives through robust collaborative systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 8-12 years of experience working with ServiceNow
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Service Catalog, etc.)
- Strong programming skills in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, and CSS
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, etc.)
- Proven track record of implementing ITSM processes and solutions
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies and leading Scrum teams
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist)
