Job Summary
Lead Service Technician II provides maintenance, service, and repair for commercial cooking equipment and refrigeration (grills, fryers, ovens, ice machines, reach-in and walk-in coolers, freezers). Diagnoses and troubleshoots, communicates status updates for parts and repairs with branch support and customers, completes service calls accurately and timely, audits truck stock to ensure required parts are stocked, and ensures service vehicles, tools, and uniforms meet safety standards. Meets on-call requirements. Strong attention to detail and communication skills; automotive/electrical/mechanical background is a plus; Journeyman License and/or CFESA certification is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Three years of experience in commercial kitchen repair and/or refrigeration.
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen.
- Valid Driver's license and driving record that aligns with safety standards.
