Job Summary
Lead Service Technician responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial cooking and refrigeration equipment (e.g., grills, fryers, ovens, ice machines, reach-in and walk-in coolers) with independent work on customer sites. Demonstrates reliable communication of status updates for part orders and repairs, completes service calls accurately and timely, audits truck stock, and ensures tools, vehicle, and uniforms meet safety standards. Requires on-call availability and holds a company-provided vehicle and device. Three years of relevant experience, and a valid driver's license with a compliant driving record are required; background check and drug screen are administered.
