Job Summary
Lead Service Technician II provides maintenance, service, and repair for commercial cooking equipment and refrigeration (grills, fryers, ovens, ice machines, reach-in and walk-in coolers, freezers). Diagnoses, troubleshoots, and repairs equipment; communicates status updates for part orders and repairs with branch support and customers; completes service calls accurately and timely; audits truck stock to ensure required parts are stocked; ensures service vehicle, tools, and uniforms meet safety standards; meets on-call requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Three years of experience in commercial kitchen repair and or refrigeration.
- Valid Driver's license and driving record that aligns with safety standard.
