Job Summary
The Service Technician II diagnoses, troubleshoots, and repairs commercial cooking equipment and refrigeration (grills, fryers, ovens, ice machines, reach-in and walk-in coolers, freezers, etc.), while communicating status updates for parts and repairs with branch support and customers. Responsibilities include completing service calls accurately and timely, auditing truck stock to ensure parts availability, maintaining vehicle/tools/uniforms per safety standards, and meeting on-call requirements. Requires independent work, strong diagnostic skills across automotive/electrical/mechanical domains, and excellent communication. Journeyman License or CFESA certification is a plus. Familiarity with safety, driving records, and industry certifications is advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Three years of experience in commercial kitchen repair and or refrigeration
- Must be 18 years of age
- Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen
- Valid Driver's license and driving record that aligns with our safety standard
