Job Summary
Lead Service Technician II provides maintenance, service, and repair for commercial cooking equipment and refrigeration (e.g., grills, fryers, ovens, ice machines, reach-in and walk-in coolers, freezers). Responsibilities include diagnosing, troubleshooting, and performing repairs on commercial kitchen equipment and refrigeration; communicating status updates for parts and repairs with branch support and customers; completing service calls timely; auditing truck stock to ensure required parts are stocked; ensuring service vehicle, tools, and uniforms meet safety standards; and meeting on-call requirements. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently are required; automotive/electrical/mechanical background is a plus. Journeyman license or CFESA certification is not required but would be a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Three years of experience in commercial kitchen repair and/or refrigeration
- 18 years of age or older
- Background check and drug screen required
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
