Job Summary
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial cooking equipment and refrigeration units including grills, fryers, ovens, and coolers. Complete service calls accurately and timely while auditing truck stock to ensure required parts are stocked. Communicate status updates for part orders and repairs with branch support and customers. Ensure service vehicles, tools, and uniforms meet safety standards and meet on-call requirements. Maintain a valid driver's license and driving record aligned with safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Three years of experience in commercial kitchen repair and or refrigeration
- Must be 18 years of age
- Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen
- Valid Driver's license
- Driving record that aligns with our safety standard
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and soft skills
- Good driving record
Desired Qualifications
- an automotive, electrical, installation, and mechanical background
- Journeyman License
- CFESA certification
