Job Summary
Lead Service Technician II conducts maintenance, service, and repair of commercial cooking equipment and refrigeration (e.g., grills, fryers, ovens, ice machines, walk-in and reach-in coolers, freezers). Responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment, completing service calls accurately and timely, communicating part-order and repair status with branch support and customers, auditing truck stock to ensure parts availability, and ensuring service vehicle, tools, and uniforms meet safety standards while meeting on-call requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Three years of experience in commercial kitchen repair and/or refrigeration
- Valid Driver's license
- Background check and drug screen
- Ability to communicate status updates and work independently
