Job Summary
Lead and mentor technicians to uphold service excellence; dispatch work to the team to maximize productivity and quality service; provide first-line technical assistance and assist with training other Service Technicians; perform diagnostic assessments and repairs on Ford and Lincoln vehicles according to manufacturer specifications; execute repair orders efficiently with high-quality workmanship; communicate repair needs and vehicle issues clearly to service advisors and customers; maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment; test drive vehicles as required during maintenance or repair processes.
Required Qualifications
- Ford or Lincoln certifications are required
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Proven experience as a service technician with a strong emphasis on diagnostic skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and wiring diagrams
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures, and specifications
- Valid Washington Driver's License
