Job Summary
Lead Service Technician responsible for performing routine maintenance, diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems, and ensuring high-quality service. Requires minimum 5 years’ experience as an HVAC Technician, EPA certification, and a valid driver’s license. Responsibilities include collaborating with the team to complete services, maintaining accurate installation/repair records, and adhering to safety protocols. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years as an HVAC Technician or similar role
- EPA certification required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems
- Familiarity with air conditioning units, heat pumps, furnaces, geos, and other HVAC equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot system issues
