Lead Service Tech

Job Summary
Lead Service Tech responsible for safety and the Get Ready process flow and refurbishment of WillScot products. Leads work activities, delegates tasks to team members, ensures high first-time quality and adheres to safety, transportation, and environmental policies. Performs repairs across modular building systems (framing, finish carpentry, electrical, plumbing, flooring, painting, running gear) and manages inventory, inspections, and coordinating with branch leadership. Creates floor plan drawings, relocates fleet units, updates production boards, and escalates issues to Production Supervisors for rapid resolution. Requires independent work in a fast-paced environment with strong communication and carpentry knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience
- Ability to delegate tasks to keep production on track
- Good communication skills
- Ability to conduct safety walks and coach others on safety protocols
- Carpentry knowledge and experience
- Electrical, plumbing, HVAC and welding experience a plus
