Job Summary
Lead Service Representative responsible for assisting all members effectively and professionally, including upholding the U1 Values, product and services support, making referrals, performing transactions, balancing, providing excellent member service and assisting with operation of the service center(s). Requires high school diploma or equivalent, and NMLS registration; 6 months teller experience, 1 year of customer service, and 2 years in a financial institution; notary may be required. Strong communication and cash-handling skills, professional appearance, and potential for management opportunities.
Required Qualifications

- Required to acquire and/or maintain NMLS registration
- 6 months teller experience within a financial institution
- 1 year of customer service experience
- 2 years' experience in a financial institution
- may be required to have a current notary
- Excellent communication and public relations skills
