Perform thorough inspections to identify safety concerns, deliver exceptional customer service, and generate consistent revenue through honest recommendations. Maintain accurate job documentation, keep equipment organized, and communicate effectively with dispatch. Participate in the on-call rotation for emergency service calls and represent the brand with professionalism. Requires 5+ years of residential experience, proven ability to produce $40,000-$70,000+ monthly revenue, and strong diagnostic skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of residential service plumbing experience
- Proven ability to consistently produce $40,000-$70,000+ in monthly service revenue
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with drain cleaning, leak detection, water heaters, sewer repairs, gas lines, fixture replacements, and general plumbing repairs
- Comfortable presenting repair options and closing your own work
- Experience using flat-rate pricing
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently
