Job Summary
Lead Service/Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and well-maintained living environment across properties, including performing and overseeing general maintenance tasks (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, plumbing, roofing, lighting, doors, gates, and safety-related duties), managing work orders and inventory, ensuring safety compliance and adherence to company values, and supervising maintenance staff as needed. Emphasizes safety, teamwork, preventative maintenance, timely completion of work orders, and collaboration with the Investment Manager. Requires on-call availability and potential travel between properties; High School diploma or GED and 3 years of property maintenance experience; certifications such as CAMT or CPO encouraged.
