Job Summary
Lead Service Technician responsible for maintaining the property's physical condition and ensuring a clean, safe living environment. Oversees maintenance tasks, performs routine and preventive maintenance across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related systems, inspects tools and equipment, maintains records, coordinates with the Investment Manager and maintenance coordinator, and mentors assistants. Must be able to respond to service requests, manage work orders within 24 hours when possible, and support safety programs, including adherence to MSDS, EPA, and OSHA regulations. Travel between properties may be required; valid driver's license and insurance needed. Education: High School diploma or GED; 3 years property maintenance experience. Certifications encouraged: CAMT and CPO.
