Lead Service Engineer

Job Summary
Test and repair equipment by traveling to customer locations, performing troubleshooting, and installing systems while ensuring all activities follow the Permit-to-Work System and Job Safety Analysis requirements. Coordinate service activities with clients to minimize downtime, maintain proper tool inventory and parts levels, and enforce strict PPE usage and safety protocols during operations. Lead safety observation programs, manage equipment certifications for rigging and lifting gear, and provide onsite support, training, and telephone troubleshooting to ensure functional performance. Maintain comprehensive handover notes, document equipment damage, and represent the company professionally while adhering to all HSSE standards and operational bulletins.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- Minimum of 2.5 years of experience working in a technical or field services role
- Commitment to Health, Safety, Security, Environment (HSSE)
- At least 5 years' experience in a service or maintenance capacity
- Relevant trade certificate
- 2 -5 years maintenance/Service background in similar capacity
- Good safety record
