Lead Service Delivery Manager responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality services to clients, managing day-to-day service operations, coordinating resources to meet service levels, tracking KPIs and SLAs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align service delivery with client expectations and business goals. Requires 5+ years in service delivery or related field, ability to mentor junior staff, and willingness to travel; hybrid work with the office attendance 2x/week in Manila. French proficiency is preferred.
