Coordinate daily operations and ensure SLAs are met by managing flexible resources and handling complex customer cases. Actively process invoices for clients in our software while coaching team members and optimizing work processes. Bridge communication between the Teamlead operations, customers, and service staff by answering professional inquiries and occasionally leading product demos. Report to the Teamlead Operations Rotterdam with opportunities for growth toward consultancy or project management roles. Based in Rotterdam or Zoetermeer, this 40-hour role offers a salary of €3,500–€4,500 bruto per month, plus benefits including a laptop, pension, and 25 vacation days.
