Job Summary
Coordinate dining room operations by greeting guests, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages while maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards. Direct team members through pre-meeting briefings, train staff on serving techniques, and evaluate work methods to ensure proper service execution. Manage cash-handling procedures, address guest complaints, and relay issues to supervisors while ensuring tables are bussed and dining areas remain clean. Use the POS system as needed and comply with all state and county health codes. Assist with special events and work across departments to support resident care.
Required Qualifications

- Maricopa County Food Handlers Card
