Job Summary
Serve resident and guest meals courteously while managing clean-up and resetting of dining rooms after service. Supervise daily server assignments, ensuring proper training, coverage, and adherence to dining room and kitchen procedures. Maintain daily food orders, oversee seating and timing, and manage special events setup. Conduct training for new and current servers, assist with hiring interviews, and provide beverage service. Sweep, mop, and vacuum kitchen and dining areas; report broken equipment. Resolve complaints and attend staff meetings. Starting pay is $15/hr with full-time benefits including 401k. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Serv-Safe certification
- Ability to read and follow simple instructions
- Ability to perform simple, repetitive tasks
- Ability to learn quickly and apply learned principles
- Ability to communicate effectively and work under close supervision
- Ability to bend, reach, grasp, push and pull objects
- Ability to stand and walk for sustained periods up to three (3) hours at a time
- Ability to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis and carry heavy objects for 20 feet
- Organized and willing to work well with other associates
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays
