Lead Server/Dining Room Manager for Assisted Living Facility

Lead the dining room team by organizing shifts, monitoring dress codes, and acting as the liaison between the kitchen and front of house. Perform opening and closing duties, oversee services, take reservations, and interact with residents to answer questions, solve problems, and manage tours. Appraise staff performance, provide feedback, and respond to resident complaints while adhering to health, safety, and brand standards. Assist with recruiting, training, and development programs for all staff. Attend management and staff meetings and undertake special projects as requested.
