Job Summary
Lead the Guest Experience at the table by ensuring guests have everything they need from appetizers to desserts. Maintain order accuracy, champion a fun and safe work environment, and demonstrate strong organizational skills through effective time management. Build cohesive relationships with team members, communicate goals and challenges, and handle payments while anticipating guest expectations through ongoing promotions and bar knowledge. Thrive in a fast-paced environment by practicing responsible alcohol serving and adhering to brand standards and food safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Lead Servers lead the Guest Experience at the table and ensure our Guests have everything they need from appetizers to desserts
- Masters of situational service
