Lead/ Senior - Quality Assurance

Job Summary
Own QA activities across client implementations and provide final quality sign-off before go-live. Define the test approach for every implementation, covering data onboarding, dashboards, and the AI-driven analytics experience. Validate client data completeness and transformation accuracy through the pipeline, reconcile business metrics against client reports, and verify AI-generated answers against source data. Build reusable automated data validation checks, plan and run user acceptance testing with client teams, and manage defects through verified resolution with engineering and data groups. Run regression checks after platform updates and report go-live readiness to leadership. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of QA experience with SQL, data pipelines, and automation skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in QA/Software Testing for Senior QA Engineer level, or 8+ years for Lead QA Engineer level
- Strong experience in software testing, test planning, and defect management
- Proficient in SQL and data validation
- Experience in testing data pipelines, dashboards, reports, and analytics platforms
- Experience with test automation and regression testing
- Experience in API and integration testing
- Experience in planning and conducting UAT
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with AI-driven applications or analytics would be an added advantage
